At 19 minutes, Bad Travelling is the longest short film in the Love, Death Robots series to date. In the featurette, the three creative minds Fincher, Miller and Nelson have their say and talk about their work on the short film. Bad Travelling is the second episode of the third season of the Netflix series, in which a ship’s crew enters into a pact with a monster from the deep sea.</p>

Denis Villeneuve’s cinematic reinterpretation was able to impress in no less than four categories – namely: “Outstanding Visual Effects in Photoreal Feature”, “Outstanding Model in a Photoreal or Animated Project”, “Outstanding Effects Simulations in a Photoreal Feature” and – last but not least – “Outstanding Compositing & Lighting in a Feature”. <p><strong>Dune at the 94th Academy Awards:</strong> On <strong><a href="https://www.digitalproduction.com/2022/03/28/visual-effects-auf-der-94ste-oscarverleihung/">28 March 2022</a> </strong>, we told you about how “Dune” won perhaps the most coveted film award in the (Western) world six times. The film’s plot begins at the point when the notorious criminal team is caught and they are all threatened with imprisonment – until Mr Wolf senses a plan that could save the five-man gang from jail..</p>
