In nuce: In this one-and-a-half-minute film, Digital Domain shows you all kinds of things: sky-diving action, cars on a collision course with monster trucks, or helicopters with mini-guns. All this awaits the viewer of the adventure comedy “Free Guy”.
What is Free Guy? In the film, a bank teller (played by Ryan Reynolds) finds out that he is a non-player character (NPC) within an open-world video game. It doesn’t get any more mindfuck than that, does it?
