In nuce: The Film University Potsdam Konrad Wolf currently has a vacancy for an artistic professorship in the field of Visual Effects Technologies/Virtual Production. This is a half-time position to be filled from the first of April 2023 and is paid according to salary grade W3. The W grade regulates the salary of civil servant professors. Level W3 applies to professors with civil servant status, which equates to gross earnings of between 4,500 and 8,000 euros per month. The professorship is permanent. In the case of an initial appointment, the appointment is for a fixed term of five years. After the five years, there is the prospect of a permanent appointment.
