Antoine Bagattini’s BagaPie, a free Blender add-on, has received its most significant update yet with version 11, introducing 20 new tools aimed at enhancing modeling, scattering, and architectural visualization workflows .
New Parametric Generators
BagaPie 11 adds tools like Face to Windows and Face to Doors, enabling users to generate parametric windows and doors that conform to selected mesh regions. Four new pattern generators allow conversion of mesh faces into repeating structures such as wooden planks and wire mesh .
Enhanced Surface Detailing
The Insert Mesh in Quad Face tool instances a source mesh onto selected faces, matching proportions to add details like plaster clumps. Bolt Corner automatically places bolts or screws at the corners of selected faces. Array Along Shape lets users draw lines of details, such as studs or rivets, over a model’s surface .

Integration and Asset Expansion
BagaPie is now available through Blender’s Extensions platform, simplifying installation and updates. The accompanying BagaPie Assets library has expanded to over 750 assets, including 100 new additions and 40 scattering presets that mimic real-world distributions of rocks and plants
Compatibility and Availability
BagaPie 11 is compatible with Blender 4.2 and later. The add-on is free, while BagaPie Assets are available for $39 (Lite edition with 250 assets) and $93 (Full version with 750 assets and 40 scatter presets)
