Maya cloud workflows

It's been a few years now since the term "cloud" has gone from buzzword to hype to working reality - but so far there are very few tools that can do everything in the cloud. Sure, some tools have access or even their "own clouds", but wouldn't an "everything in the cloud" solution be better?
