In nuce: Blackmagic Design releases the Ursa Broadcast G2, which – according to the manufacturer – excels in three areas at the same time: as a 4K production camera, a 4K studio camera and a 6K digital film camera.
Three-in-one camera: As mentioned above, the Ursa Broadcast G2 is advertised as a camera that combines three areas of application simultaneously: broadcasting (e.g. physical controls of an EB camera, low-light sensor), shooting in the studio (e.g. full remote control function, internal YRGB colour correction, B4-RB large box lenses), and shooting cinema films (e.g. 6K digital film sensor, interchangeable mount, high dynamic range).
