Loupedeck | Update

New user interface, integration with Philips Hue, and other functional delights.

Loupedeck enters the preview phase with its new user interface. Loupedeck is the manufacturer of the creative consoles Loupedeck , Loupedeck CT and Loupedeck Live.

Highlights of the new software are Simplified profile for users of Loupedeck Lives, an integration with Philips Hue, as well as the long-awaited German language version.

In addition to German, French, Korean and Japanese are now supported. All actions, menus and entries within the new Loupedeck knowledge database have been translated. The update also addresses known problems with international keyboard layouts. But above all, the update offers: a new user interface, which should make it easier to set up the device for the first time and is also tailored to the needs of streamers (direct access to Twitch, Spotify Premium, OBS, Streamlabs and Philips Hue). And the native integration of the Hue Bridge for Loupedeck CT and Loupedeck Live should please owners of Philips devices in particular. This is because the new Control Centre function allows users to access all Hue lamps at the same time. Loupedeck plans to expand the functionality of Philips Hue in the coming months.

At the request of many users, the simplified profile is no longer tied to a specific application, but transforms Loupedeck Live into a static interface. For experienced Loupedeck users, the original interface with advanced functions and full support for all plugins remains accessible – even in the latest update.

A full version of the user interface will be released later this year. You can find out everything else on Loupedeck’s website.
