This means that a total of 9 free human models are now available on the Renderpeople website. The 3D models are available for various 3D formats, including 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Rhino, Unreal Engine 4 and Unity.
All of these models include 3 posed people, 3 rigged people and 3 animated people. Posed people are static 3D scans of people. Each model reproduces a specific natural pose that was captured precisely with Renderpeople’s photogrammetry scanner. In contrast, Rigged People are moving retopologised 3D people. Each model already has a rig that is linked to the geometry. 3D Rigged People can therefore be easily placed in any pose or animated, which makes them particularly flexible. The Animated People are moving 3D people. Each model has already been equipped with a cleared motion capture animation.
Renderpeople currently offer a total of over 3200 products in their online shop. The scanned 3D people cover all ethnicities and age groups as well as a wide variety of subject areas, such as 3D people for the office, shopping centre, swimming pool and much more.
