In nuce: Vizpark, which is heavily involved with plugins and assets, publishes Vizplants – a website dedicated to the sale of plant models.
Overview: An ecologically diverse 3D garden awaits you in the range of assets on Vizplants. From trees, shrubs, grasses, flowers and other plants, everything that grows green and photosynthesises is included. According to Vizpark, the assets are primarily suitable for those of you who work in the fields of film, VFX, automotive or gaming. You can access the asset library via a subscription model. We particularly liked this: On the Vizplants website, you can search for assets sorted by various categories, such as plant type (e.g. grass, house plant, flowers), season (winter, summer, autumn, spring), geographical region (e.g. North America, Southern Europe, Asia) or general environment (e.g. mountains, forest, desert). This allows you to quickly find the right assets for your needs.
Click further: You can find out whether you have green fingers or not by strolling through the virtual garden of Vizplants yourself – or by clicking on the video below. If you’d like to go further afield, take a look at Vue & Plant Factory or use GowInfinite, the HDA toolkit for Houdini, to recreate entire green spaces. And if you’re on the lookout for plant-growing showpieces, push open the garden gate to The Secret Garden.
