3D artist Oleg Ushenok has released a free 330‑piece kitbash asset pack aimed at constructing post‑apocalyptic industrial environments. The assets come in FBX format with full PBR textures—colour, metalness, roughness, opacity, emissive and normal maps—and are fully licensed for commercial use.
Industrial decay in every piece
Included assets represent a grimy industrial shantytown aesthetic. Users will find modular metal gantries, stairs, walkways, corrugated iron roofs, solar panels and varied mechanical elements. There are also set‑dressing props like dumpsters, gas cylinders and other mid‑sized objects, totalling 330 discrete assets.

Compatible with major pipelines
Assets are provided in FBX format and include single texture sheet setups (medium‑poly, single‑sheet) to simplify import workflows into modern DCC apps or game engines. Compatibility covers 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Houdini, Unity and Unreal Engine.

A taste of the full commercial pack
This free kit represents a subset of a much larger commercial product—the Post Apocalypse Survivor Environment pack—with over 800 props and 44 distinct structures. Ushenok notes the original designs were for concept art and background builds, though some have evolved to foreground‑ready detail.
License and usage
The free FBX sample is released under Fab Standard license terms, which allow use in any engine or tool (including for commercial projects), subject to the Fab EULA.
