Many of the free tools generate fractal patterns, but other filters for more general uses in graphics or videos are also included. There are also several particle tools; you can see the particle tracer effect in the image above.
All Photoshop plug-ins can be downloaded individually from Rosenman’s website. They are compatible with Photoshop 64-bit from version CS5 and are supported by Windows from XP onward.
Additional commercial plug-ins for special lighting effects are also available on his website.
