A special highlight of the MUNICH INTERNATIONAL short film festival is the masterclass at the weekend: this year the festival has been able to win Christopher Vogler as a speaker. Vogler is one of the most important screenwriters and teachers in Hollywood. The masterclass bears the same title as his recognised standard work: "The Writer's Journey". The seminar offers the unique opportunity to experience the renowned screenwriter and script developer in person. In his seminar, Christopher Vogler provides insights into the art of screenwriting. He will demonstrate techniques on how to develop the structure of the plot and the characters. However, all advertising measures, whether implemented in a game or intended to promote the actual computer-game product, are subject to strict legal regulations.
Anyone who wants to advertise computer games, finance them partly through advertising or present their product within a game should therefore have at least elementary knowledge of the current legal situation. In his talk ‘...and Now for the Advertising,’ lawyer Dr Andreas Lober of the Schulte Riesenkampff firm explains the fundamentals of advertising law.

26th International Short Film Festival Hamburg
The International Short Film Festival Hamburg is one of the world's most important and successful short-film festivals for the industry and public. From June 1 to 7, around 300 excellent short films from around the world will be shown in the various competitions (International Competition, NoBudget, German Competition, Hamburg Short Film Night and Flotter Dreier) and special programmes (country focus Thailand, Searching and Finding: The Meaning of Life, Thunder & Roar: The Motor Programme, Dirty Diaries and others).
