In nuce: The 14th Blender Day and Blender School 2022 will take place from 29 July to 31 July. As always, there will not only be numerous online workshops, but also selected lectures on hot topics from the Blender community. Blender veteran Thomas Dinges (founder of Blender e.V. and Developer Community Coordinator for Blender) will open the event as keynote speaker. This year, both Blender Day and Blender School will once again take place live at the Mafinex Technology Centre in Mannheim.
What workshops will be offered? The workshops are offered in three skill levels: Newbee (no previous experience at all), Beginner (one year previous experience) and Advanced (three years previous experience). The workshops can be booked individually. This year, Blender Day offers young artists a separate First Steps track consisting of four coordinated workshops. This should make it particularly easy to get started with Blender.
More information about the workshops: The 3-hour workshops are supported with materials provided in advance and guide you step by step through the respective topic using practical examples. The workshops are priced at 30 euros each. Reduced workshop tickets are available from just 10 euros.
