Pinnacle Systems is releasing three add-on packages for Pinnacle Studio 11. Scorefitter Volumes 1 and 2 provide themed collections of royalty-free original music, while Pinnacle Title Extreme adds film titles and text effects.
The two Scorefitter packs work with the music generator in Pinnacle Studio 11. The generator automatically creates a soundtrack matching a film’s duration and general mood. Tracks are continuous, 48 kHz audio. Users place a song on the audio timeline and Scorefitter adapts it to the edit.
Scorefitter Volume 1 adds short sounds lasting three to eight seconds. These stingers can accompany transitions, video effects or animated graphics. Volume 1 contains four stinger categories and ten music source tracks. Volume 2 contains fifteen music tracks. Depending on the required duration, both versions provide up to twelve variations in tempo and mood for each track.
Title Extreme includes thirty title templates with fonts, textures and patterns influenced by popular culture. It also includes proDAD Heroglyph 2.5 for creating titles and effects. Heroglyph supports SD and HD projects, 4:3 and 16:9 frames, full-screen titles and lower thirds.
The Pinnacle Studio 11 range comprises Studio, Studio Plus and Studio Ultimate. The applications edit and publish video and can author DVDs for playback on DVD players, PCs and portable devices including Sony PSP and Apple iPod.
Scorefitter Volumes 1 and 2 and Title Extreme are available only through the Pinnacle eStore at retail prices of €49 and €99 respectively.
