Primera Technology is a leading international manufacturer of professional duplication and printing equipment for optical media including CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray Discs. Since its foundation in 1998, the company has supplied robotic burning and printing systems for different volume, speed, and workload requirements.
The portfolio ranges from compact desktop devices to industrial-grade duplication and printing systems and specialist printers for applications such as labels. Primera systems are compatible with Microsoft and Apple operating systems. They are used by banks, insurers, government agencies, and medical organizations, as well as for disc-on-demand applications in video and audio.
The new RoboWeb software is a platform-independent complete solution for controlling and managing CD and DVD equipment, including the server. After connecting the duplication robot and network cable, users throughout the network can operate the device to burn and print CDs or DVDs.
A consistent corporate identity can be defined across the company so that every production uses harmonized graphics while only text fields are customized. Central monitoring records who supplied which data for each burning job. User rights can also be defined centrally, for example to prevent unauthorized burning of music CDs within the company.
