Nero today announced its cooperation with Verbatim. The USB models in the new generation of Verbatim Portable Hard Drives in the 2.5-inch format and the external hard drives in the 3.5-inch format will be supplied with the successful backup software Nero BackItUp 2 Essentials.
Nero BackItUp 2 Essentials makes it easy to plan and perform backups of individual files as well as entire systems and drives. Its automatic backup function enables data to be backed up regularly at a specified time. If desired, the data can be protected against unauthorized access with a password. Nero BackItUp 2 Essentials compresses data during transfer, keeping the volume of backup data low.
