China Mobile Expands Its Global Reach with Sybase 365

The company connects China Mobile with 50 countries and more than 200 mobile operators.

Sybase 365, a subsidiary of Sybase, Inc. (NYSE: SY) and a global leader in mobile messaging services, is expanding China Mobile’s international SMS connectivity by a further 44 countries and more than 130 mobile operators. The agreement significantly expands global messaging services for China Mobile’s more than 390 million mobile users.

The newly added reach covers countries in Southeast Asia, South America, the Pacific Islands, the Middle East and Africa. Sybase 365 has provided China Mobile with international SMS connectivity for many years; the service now reaches a total of 50 countries and more than 200 mobile operators.$$$$
