It is practically impossible to know every effect Photoshop can produce. And with effects that look particularly spectacular, it is often assumed that they must be very difficult to achieve.
In this book, the author teaches advanced techniques that are easy to follow thanks to step-by-step explanations. The page margins also contain useful additional tricks and small tips that make life easier for dedicated Photoshop users.
Even readers without much experience using Photoshop will find plenty here. Nor is it necessary to understand everything immediately; comprehension comes naturally with longer study.

Digital photography has currently created quite a rush for books about Photoshop and effects. Scott Kelby has already published several specialist books on the subject. Nevertheless, he repeatedly devises new eye-catching effects that are easy to reproduce, even if near-duplicates of tricks found in other books, such as the WOW book, cannot always be avoided. The tricks are all very good and up to date, and the notes in the margins alone are worth the price of the book!
