In 2D designs, creative professionals can pan, zoom and adjust brush size by turning the controller cap.

A new feature in Photoshop CS4 Extended means designers no longer have to switch explicitly into a 3D environment for editing. They can activate a 3D layer to enable 3D mode. The 3D mice automatically detect whether the active layer is 2D or 3D and provide navigation appropriate to that environment.

By gently pulling, pushing and turning the controller cap, Photoshop CS4 Extended users can view 3D models with little effort. The 3D mice also complement 3D model previews in Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended and provide a solution for creating detailed texture maps.

3Dconnexion’s 3D mice support Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended 11.0.1 on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS X 10.4.6 or later.
