Just in time for the launch of iPad sales in the USA, equinux and Bauer Digital present the first TV magazine on the iPad for German-language television programming. The TV Movie HD app is optimised for operation and navigation on the iPad and benefits from the unique advantages and many years of experience of the existing TV Movie iPhone app.

TV Movie HD is based on equinux’s successful data-storage concept, which keeps complete television data for the next seven days available offline. iPad users can select their television schedule from more than 220 channels and browse all TV tips and description texts conveniently on the device. This means the television schedule can be displayed at any time regardless of an internet connection.
The functionality of TV Movie HD can be expanded on the iPad through a flat rate: alongside 14 full days of television programming, all programmes can be searched by actors, genres and arbitrary search terms throughout the complete title description. TV Movie HD combines multiple search criteria and automatically suggests suitable TV programmes according to personal search preferences. Interesting programmes can be saved clearly in a suggestions list so as not to miss any programme. The TV Movie flat rate also includes all editorial tips, additional programme information, image galleries and more.
TV Movie HD is available immediately in the App Store for EUR 9.99 and includes seven days of television programming. The TV Movie HD flat rate is available for two and 12 months from just EUR 1.59 and includes a full 14 days of television programming and numerous additional functions. Anyone already using TV Movie on the iPhone can continue using their subscription on the iPad. At the end of the booked period, the TV Movie flat rate expires automatically without the need to cancel a subscription.
