Interested people and those looking for a course of study currently still have the opportunity to apply by May 15 for the "Interactive Media" study specialisation as well as the "Animation/Effects Producer" and "Technical Directing" courses.

The "Interactive Media" specialisation trains media concept developers (Transmedia/Games Director) and media producers (Transmedia/Games/Producer). All students develop and produce innovative material and formats for digital media platforms in cross-departmental and cross-university teams.

The "Technical Directing" specialisation combines prior technical knowledge with artistic work and offers computer science graduates the opportunity, in a two-year project course, to work practically in a film team, on games projects and mobile and web applications, or to devote themselves to developing tools.

"Animation/Effects Producer" deals with budget, timing, implementation and workflow in animation and effects projects. Knowledge is taught in animation, visual effects, post-production, calculation, scheduling, project management and team building, as well as problem-oriented, networked thinking. This offering is aimed both at students on the Production course (after the basic course) and at lateral entrants into the 3rd year of the Animation project course.

Applications for the Animation and Visual Effects areas will not be possible again until the winter semester 2013/14. The application deadline for this is February 15, 2013.
