Dance Reel by Method Studio

Method Studios NY has dancers in all colours and shapes cut a hot rug for an advertising-industry event.

For the AICP Show (Association of Independent Commercial Producers), New York’s Method Studio developed a reel to show the greats of the advertising industry what is possible.

To do this, two dancers, a man and a woman, are first filmed during their movements. In Houdini, the figures are given shaggy fur and colourful feathers, transformed into inflated gilded Buddhas, crumble in the middle of the move and entwine as living paper streamers.
