The SAE Alumni Convention features seminars, an equipment exhibition, the SAE Awards ceremony and the legendary party afterwards.
The first speakers at the 12th Convention have already been confirmed: Jacob Hellner, producer of Rammstein, among others, Sylvia Massy, producer and engineer (including Tool, R.E.M., Red Hot Chili Peppers), Stuart Epps, record producer /engineer (Elton John, Led Zeppelin , Oasis, Robbie Williams, Bill Wyman, Chris Rea, George Harrison), Andreas Dahn (VFX for “Game Of Thrones”, “White House Down”, “The Grand Budapest Hotel”, “Gruffalo”).
The event is open to all media professionals and interested parties; admission to the trade fair with more than 60 exhibitors from the audiovisual industry and to the Convention Center is free. Seminar tickets are available via alumni.sae.edu, with SAE students & alumni receiving special discounts.
There are also changes to the schedule of the two Convention days: On Tuesday, 11.10., the 12th SAE Alumni Convention opens its doors at midday. On Wednesday, 12 October, the halls are open all day before the awards show and legendary party with live music and star DJs in the E-Werk that evening provide the spectacular finale to the 12th SAE Alumni Convention.
