Boris Continuum Complete includes new features such as 16-bit Processing, Optical Flow for clean interpolation during time manipulations (SloMo), 32 new filters, hundreds of user-adjustable presets, filter-specific help and the extensive revision of all filters from version 1.0.
All filters in the collection can be accessed directly within the application, so no new applications need to be learned.
The highlights:
- 16-bit color depth: All filters support editing with 16 bit
- BCC Optical Flow: The Optical Flow filter enables high quality when changing speed (SloMo) and/or frame rate through the calculcation of movement between two frames. From this it calculates an intermediate frame that interpolates the movement. The intermediate image is a mixture of the preceding and following frame. The necessary change is estimated on the basis of time.
- New Effect – Filters: BCC Light Zoom creates light rays that travel in all directions starting from the light source. The intensity of the light rays is influenced by the brightness values of the pixels they cross. Further effects: Film Grain, Film Damage, Emboss and Multi Shadow.
