Diamond Cut Five version 5.22 adds functions, workflow improvements and bug fixes to the audio-restoration application. Registered users can download the 1.7 MB patch free of charge. It updates releases 5.03, 5.14 and 5.15.
The waveform display gains amplitude scaling, selectable in Preferences as decibels, percent or samples. Users can now delete all selected markers at once, remove an individual marker with the Delete key, and use a pitch-scaling offset control that treats start and end points consistently.
Filters in the Multifilter and Batch File Editor are now listed alphabetically, improving navigation as the number of filters and effects grows.
The full Diamond Cut Five package costs 259 euros. An upgrade from Diamond Cut Millennium costs 139 euros. A fully functional evaluation version containing all filters and effects is also available.
