Dreamwalks is a software house active throughout Europe and has worked in the high-end editing and compositing field for years. Since the end of 2004, the firm, eight men and one woman strong, has also offered distribution, training and consulting for 3D products with a newly established 3D department. The 3D team is intended to ensure a competent service extending from advice and sale of the software through installation and software integration on site at the customer’s premises to ensuring a smooth workflow. With a training and support centre, Dreamwalks also offers further education and is involved in placing 3D freelancers with postproduction experience.
Through years of cooperation with the most important German-speaking postproduction houses, Dreamwalks has become an important contact for the industry. The company is represented at four locations in Germany. The headquarters are near Darmstadt, and the training and support centre is located in southern Munich. As an Alias distribution partner, Dreamwalks also serves Austria and Switzerland.
