One day after the conference, the IBC trade show also opened its doors on Friday. Since Friday, 12 noon, around 1230 (previous year: 1137) companies from the broadcast industry have been presenting their products and business ideas in the eleven exhibition halls at the Amsterdam RAI exhibition centre.
After the NAB in Las Vegas, the IBC is the world’s most important event on the subject of broadcasting. According to the organiser, just under 65,000 (previous year: 43,000) participants from 120 countries have registered for the event. More than 80 percent of Them come from Europe.
The trade show remains open until September 12 daily from 9:30 to 18:00 (on Tuesday only until 16:30).
