One year after its foundation and its initial investments in, among other things, LDK camera systems, EVS XT-2HD, Digi Prime box lenses from 26x to 101x, Kayak mixers, HD/HDV camcorders and HD decks, HDinside GmbH has made further purchases. Because of the good order situation, the company is consistently expanding its pool of HD technology in order to be able to equip film and television productions, outside-broadcast trucks and studio productions even better with HD rental equipment.
With the purchase of two further XT-2HDs (6-channel hard disk recorders) from EVS in December, HDinside is responding to the steadily growing demand for SuperSlomo recorders and “highlight” machines and is thus further expanding its market position.
In addition, investments were made in a LAWO mc²66 HD audio console with 3 DALLIS stage boxes, as well as in a 128 x 128 Artist intercom system with 20 talk stations, a 128 x 128 HD Concerto router with Broadcast Solution Controler, further HD/SD lenses and extensive peripheral equipment.
“Because of the good order situation and the great demand in the A/Ü area, we saw the need to invest in further high-quality equipment and underline the goal of also being able to cover rental business in the dramatic and A/Ü area. We will continue to pursue this path and also devote ourselves increasingly to the subject of HD in the future. Here we are continuing to expand our position”, explains Managing Director Peter Nöthen.
