bios GmbH (bios basic technologies, infrastructures, optimized solutions, systems house GmbH) is a renowned Hanseatic systems house with 52 employees that develops individual solutions for data centers and works closely with IBM, according to Cancom in an ad hoc announcement.
Bios generated revenue of around 13.8 million euros in 2006.

A further Letter of Intent was concluded with 4PC Computer-Upgrade und -Service GmbH, based in Düsseldorf. The content of the Letter of Intent is the planned sale of the company’s assets. As a specialist in mobile computing, 4PC currently employs 24 people.
Last year, 4PC generated around 8.0 million euros in revenue. In both cases, the purchase price is to be financed from liquid funds. Both companies operate profitably and currently show positive business development.
