CANCOM Deutschland GmbH and 4PC signed a corresponding purchase agreement today. This provides for CANCOM Deutschland GmbH, as a wholly owned subsidiary of CANCOM IT Systeme AG, to take over employees and the customer base of 4PC with effect from August 1, 2007. As a mobile-computing specialist, the profitably operating 4PC generated revenue of more than 8 million euros last year with 24 employees. Silence was agreed on the purchase price.
Paul Holdschik, member of the Executive Board of CANCOM IT Systeme AG, on this: “Through the purchase, we are strengthening our presence in North Rhine-Westphalia and further expanding our expertise in the growwth-strong mobile-computing market. We will integrate 4PC into our already existing sales unit and thereby leverage synergies.”
