Annual General Meeting of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG elects new Supervisory Board

The Annual General Meeting of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG approved the supplementary elections to the Supervisory Board at its meeting.

The following people were elected to the company’s Supervisory Board: Robin Bell-Jones, Principal at Permira Advisors LLP, Philipp Freise, Principal at Kohlberg, Kravis Roberts & Co. Ltd (KKR), Lord Clive Hollick, Partner at KKR, Johannes Peter Huth, Partner and Head of Europe at KKR, Thomas Krenz, Partner at Permira Beteiligungsberatung GmbH (Permira), Marinus Maria Petrus van Lent, President International of Telegraaf Media Groep N.V., Götz Mäuser, Partner at Permira, Heinz- Joachim Neubürger, Managing Director and Senior Advisor at KKR, Harry Evans Sloan, Chairman and CEO of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Adrianus Johannes Swartjes, Chairman of the Executive Board of Telegraaf Media Groep N.V., Katrin Wehr-Seiter, Principal at Permira, as well as Prof. Dr. Harald Wiedmann.

As before, the body also includes Dr. Mathias Döpfner, Chairman of the Executive Board of Axel Springer AG, Christian Nienhaus, Publishing Managing Director of the BILD newspaper group, as well as Greg Dyke, media consultant. Following the Annual General Meeting, the newly composed Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG elected Götz Mäuser as its Chairman and Lord Clive Hollick as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

The ordinary Annual General Meeting of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG for fiscal year 2006 took place in Munich on July 17, 2007. All resolution proposals by management that required shareholder approval were adopted with 100 percent of the votes.
