The two companies are currently working together on two new titles in the action and fantasy genre and want to continue expanding their cooperation in the coming months. A particular focus is said to be on the production of an online game world that is being implemented in cooperation with the music channel MTV and is to be opened in the coming year, it was said. The alliance increases the development capacities of both partners; costs are also to be reduced through the use of synergy effects in the technology sector.

Climax Group Ltd. («Sudeki», «Moto GP») employs 150 developers and works with major outsourcing partners. In fiscal year 2006, the company generated revenue of 20 million euros, according to the information.
10tacle Studios AG sees itself as one of Europe’s leading independent development and production companies for computer and video games. According to its own information, the company covers all important areas of the games industry with almost 400 employees. Last year, the Darmstadt company generated revenue of 29 million euros; this year, according to its own forecasts, revenue is expected to rise to more than 50 million euros.
