The company’s Managing Director, Rainer Popp, personally handed Deputy Director Andreas Fischer the application letter in the morning, together with 33 copies of the 80-page business plan, which will be handed out to the members of the committee for the approval procedure.

The shares of Prime Beteiligungen AG, which as parent company is accompanying the planned Tele Veronika television project, have been traded on the stock exchange since July 16. The application underlines the goal-oriented consistency of Prime Beteiligungen AG, which was able to apply for the broadcasting licence for a nationwide television programme after only one month of stock-exchange listing.
