A spokesman said that the building currently under construction was intended to be used as an internationally accessible point of contact to present Estonia’s society, history and culture on the Internet.

The cost of the project was put at 100,000 Estonian kroons (6390 euros), and the inauguration ceremony was planned for November 11. Sweden had already posted a diplomatic representation in the popular Internet game «Second Life» at the beginning of the year.
