235,000 visitors, around 22,000 more than in the previous year, came this time to Berlin’s IFA 2007, which ended on Tuesday.
On the exhibitor side, 733 of the total 1212 exhibitors came from abroad, from a total of 32 different countries, corresponding to a share of 60 percent. Here too, the trade fair was able to record growth.
At the stands this year, HDTV televisions dominated the picture. Other devices, for example from the audio field, receded somewhat into the background by comparison.
Following the switch to an annual cycle, the next IFA will take place as early as next year from August 29 to September 3.
