The devices are distinguished by low power consumption, high scalability and reliability through a PC-free design without moving parts or power-hungry components as well as a flexible platform for integration.
The Exstreamer 1000 combines Instreamer and Exstreamer technology in a single system. In addition, the device comes with t new options such as balanced inputs and outputs developed specifically for professional audio distribution. For the first time, the Exstreamer 1000 is equipped with eight integrated contact inputs in an Instreamer or Exstreamer. This enables the transmission of data information with sound in order to send and control local announcements, such as station identification, an EAS signal or even local voice announcements in a national programme. At the same time, the newly added contact inputs eliminate the need for additional automation devices to control local inserts. In addition, the Exstreamer 1000 now also offers a quality signal converter (analog>digital and vice versa) with a significantly higher dB level to reduce noise and improve klan quality. Via a professional AES/BSU interface, a digital signal is captured at the source and kept constant throughout the entire chain.
The device, which can be mounted in 19-inch racks (half installation size), will be shipped from the end of the year.
The new Annuncicom 1000, is designed for professional use. It combines intercom, paging and IP-based voice and music transmission for public-address systems in a 19-inch enclosure (half width) It is equipped with eight monitored relay outputs for operating external devices and eight monitroed contact inputs for audio control and audio monitoring. In the broadcasting field, the Annuncicom 1000 is likely to be particularly suitable for AM stations with voice formats. It is expected to be available from the end of September.
