This is a modular software system S4Production represents the production workflow from planning through production-accompanying functions including progress monitoring to the recording of status values and supports billing processes. In the field of film and television productions, the solution is intended to ensure overview, transparency and cost control.
During the trade fair, S4M is focusing on the new scheduling module of S4Production. As the central tool for all positions involved in the scheduling process, it represents a core element of the system in the management of resources.
For this purpose, the system represents a multitude of scheduling procedures, for example the scheduling of concrete and abstract resources, phase scheduling, scheduling of permanent teams, freelancers and external companies as well as scheduling of absence and maintenance times.
S4Production also supports, for example, the creation of recurring appointments, automatic updating of the scheduling screens and offers a service for cross-departmental communication of changes.
