BenQ expanded its G-series with the 19-inch G900WA, 20.1-inch G2000WA and 24-inch G2400W widescreen displays.
All three specified a 5 ms response time, 16.7 million colours and 160-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles. Senseye+Photo processing handled colour and image adjustment.
The G2400W used 1920 × 1200 resolution, 1000:1 contrast and 250 cd/m² brightness. It added HDMI and supported 1080p input. Its recommended price was €499 including VAT.
The G2000WA provided 1000:1 contrast and 250 cd/m² brightness for €239. The G900WA used 800:1 contrast and 300 cd/m² brightness for €209.
Availability was scheduled for October 2007. BenQ positioned the panels for office layouts, notebook expansion, films, games and professional video use.
