With the merger, living-e AG consistently pursues its goal announced at the 2006 IPO of strengthening itself through acquisitions that are optimally suited for use in the web of the next generation. Xtramind Technologies will continuously develop its successful solution portfolio further. The Mailminder and Informationminder products from Xtramind as well as webEdition from living-e will be managed as independent business divisions. Xtramind’s brand and Saarbrücken location will be retained. “After a short and intensive phase of realignment, we are now optimally prepared for the merger and, as part of a listed stock corporation, offer our customers even more investment security,” explains Dr. Horst Joepen, managing director of Xtramind Technologies. “Alongside our established email-management products and cutting-edge technologies in the field of artificial intelligence, above all we bring a strong customer base into the joint company.”
