CSI manufactures professional scan converters. These products make it possible to transform signals generated in a computer (PC or MAC) into a television signal. Various devices are available that can convert into all common signal formats from PAL to HD-SDI. The top product, Scan Do HD, delivers resolutions up to 1080p/30 or 1080i/50 or 60. All devices have a genlock input to ensure secure synchronization with the studio. In addition to image settings such as brightness and color saturation, there are numerous other settings. These include position, zoom and aspect ratio. The scan converters are operated locally or via a network, and presets can also be called up. A built-in color-bar generator as well as flicker reduction enable perfect adjustment of the output signal. As a special feature, in addition to the electrical outputs, Scan Do HD also has an optical output. The manufacturer provides a three-year warranty.
