This extends the warranty, previously valid for one year, by a further year. The only requirements are that the customer purchased the devices through the European distribution channel and has the purchased product registered with Primera.
The extension of the warranty also applies retroactively. Registration is therefore still worthwhile even if a device is already one year old, since the customer can still enjoy the extension.
„To prevent a possible misunderstanding right from the start: Our promise is a genuine and voluntary warranty that must be clearly distinguished from the two-year guarantee period already prescribed by law. This is often confused in everyday language“, Primera Managing Director Andreas Hoffmann clarifies. „A genuine two-year warranty has not been customary in our industry until now. But we understand our customers’ increased need for security and are trying to satisfy this with a completely new service standard.“
Primera has been producing and distributing professional duplication and printing systems since 1998 and is now one of the leading providers worldwide in this field. The burning and printing robots are now sold in 85 countries.
„Particularly with regard to the best possible support, extending the warranty period represents the next logical step for us“, says Andreas Hoffmann.
