The TELTEC in-house trade fair has meanwhile evolved into a small but fine regional trade fair for professional broadcast and media technology. It was presented this year by TELTEC® in cooperation with Netorium GmbH, Wiesbaden. More than 25 of the most renowned manufacturers, represented by competent product advisers, presented their latest production and postproduction equipment and entire processing workflows.

The products of the most renowned manufacturers, such as Sony, Panasonic, JVC and many more, directly next to one another to touch, test and compare, always form the special charm of this event. „We offer our customers the entire range of manufacturers for the individual production requirement“, says Michael Schneider, Sales Manager at TELTEC, adding: „Objective advice before the purchase decision is becoming increasingly important.“

More than 250 visitors were an indication that a local trade fair of this format serves an existing need. Two months after IBC, many customers were able to ask specific questions about their personal requirements at the Rhein-MAIN-EVENT or simply obtain information about current trends and products. In numerous specialist presentations on the topics Sony XDCAM EX, Digital Signage, Omneon Server, encoding methods Panasonic AVC HD, AVC Intra, Proxsys Ardis DDP iSCSI central storage, transcoding and Canon SD and HD lenses, interesting technical news was presented to the trade fair visitors. ZDF had also delegated Mr. Tobias Schwahn, who had important messages to announce with his presentation „HDTV – position assessment and ZDF’s position“, not only for the Rhine-Main media location.
