Watch the best of the day on the mobile phone – through the cooperation of SevenSenses, the ProSiebenSat.1 Group company for digital TV, with the new Mobile Entertainment community ViiF, this is now possible. From now on, users of the mobile video service will receive compact sum-maries of various ProSieben and Sat.1 programmes from the life-style, news and comedy sectors tailored for mobile phones. As a first step, ViiF offers current daily clips from programmes such as “SAM” or “Sat.1 – Das Magazin”. The user can also watch the current ProSieben – weather news on ViiF. In addition, clips from comedy formats are made available on a weekly basis. This means the user can watch something new each week from popular programmes such as “Die Dreisten Drei” or
“Comedystreet” on their mobile phone while on the move.
ViiF works without complication and is completely intuitive to use. The service is independent of the telephone provider. The user dials the short code 22557, presses “video call” and can zap through an extensive programme. Without having to load additional software onto the mobile phone, ViiF enables the playback of videos from a large number of channels. In addition, the user can record, comment on and send their own videos or post them to blogs and internet portals while on the move.
