Penta Studiotechnik has expanded its HD2line broadcast-display range with a 17-inch model providing 1920 × 1200 pixels. The widescreen panel is intended for full-frame presentation of individual 16:9 signals.
Penta positions the flat-panel display as a replacement for CRT monitors. A VESA mount allows attachment to a stand or articulated arm, while an optional 19-inch frame supports rack installation.
The display provides the full HD2line feature set. An HD-SDI interface is available as an option, and network remote control is standard. Like other HD2line models, it is calibrated at the factory for broadcast requirements. Penta claims colour-accurate reproduction.
