For all those who, independently of ideological debates about fundamentals, simply want to put the matter to the test, one obstacle has now been removed: the “intio power” and “textura power” mains cables from exclusive Swiss cable manufacturer VOVOX meet the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and are CE-compliant. The cables are suitable for stationary applications in the hi-fi and recording-studio sectors. Anyone who wants to form their own judgement about the advantages of special mains cables for audio applications should take the opportunity to test them.

During Musikmesse 2009 in Frankfurt, VOVOX can be found at Stand J50 in Hall 4.0, where the Swiss manufacturer is also celebrating the world premiere of a new type of cable. Details will be announced shortly.

In the heart of Switzerland, VOVOX produces and assembles highly specialised audio cables for musical instruments, recording studios and hi-fi systems. The company’s founding in 2003 was preceded by many years of study and development work by materials engineer and company director Jürg Vogt. During development, the design and materials of VOVOX cables were specifically optimised so that all sound information is transmitted with as little loss and distortion as possible. Accordingly, VOVOX coined the term ‘sound conductor’ for its cables. With a range offering solutions for the electrical transmission of signals across the entire audio chain, VOVOX succeeded within a few years in turning scepticism into enthusiasm and convincing countless professional musicians and sound engineers that VOVOX has good reason to go its own way with its sound conductors.
