The model completes Canon’s LFP family, which covers print formats from 17 to 60 inches, and underscores the company’s commitment to the market. Canon’s share in the segment increased significantly year on year and has now reached 11 percent.
Equipped with leading technologies, the Canon imagePROGRAF iPF6100 is designed to deliver high-quality output at high printing speeds. It uses four new inks: black, matte black, grey and photo grey. They are intended to improve print longevity and scratch resistance. The inks are also designed to reduce grain and counteract bronzing caused by scattered-light reflections. The LUCIA twelve-colour ink system also includes red, green and blue.
The iPF6100 large-format printer is intended to provide consistent print quality for photography, fine-art printing, proofing and posters.
