DataDirect Networks, a data-infrastructure provider serving more than 400 broadcasters and postproduction facilities, has announced what it describes as the first system able to stream multiple uncompressed 4K feeds in real time from a single integrated storage platform. The system supports workflows including colour grading and dust removal from centralised storage.
The company is demonstrating its portfolio at booth SU11715 during NAB 2008.
