Since 2004, the Initiative Mittelstand has presented annual awards for products and solutions considered particularly innovative and suitable for small and medium-sized businesses. This year, S4M entered its Video Production Management System. VPMS was developed for television professionals as well as video specialists in other industries. Private and public broadcasters in Germany and Europe use it to create, manage, edit and distribute digital video material.
The 2008 Innovation Award attracted a record number of entries. The Initiative Mittelstand team received more than 1,600 applications. VPMS convinced the jury of professors, industry experts and scientists with its utility, degree of innovation and suitability for small and medium-sized businesses. S4M may now display the “Innovation Product 2008” seal for VPMS.
