At http://auto.myvideo.de, MyVideo.de, the largest video community founded in Germany, has launched the high-powered “Autoshow” channel. It presents the latest trends in cars, engines and driving enjoyment. More than 830 professionally produced videos already cover a wide variety of tastes and interests through a range of themed specials.

Whether the subject is new hands-off-the-wheel parking assistance, news from international motor shows or introductions to the latest vehicles, motoring enthusiasts are well served in the “Auto Videos” section, where short clips present the most important news and features.

The “Premium Cars” section is devoted entirely to luxury brands such as Lamborghini, Porsche and Maserati. High-quality videos let viewers see these prestigious cars and dream of owning one themselves.

In cooperation with AUTO BILD TV, the channel also provides more than 130 clips from the AUTO BILD Group’s moving-image offering. Two or three clips are added each day, covering current tests, topics and events.

The “Auto bei kabel eins” special offers the best excerpts, test reports and tips from the weekly television magazine “Abenteuer Auto.” It also directs motoring enthusiasts to additional interactive features such as games, prize promotions and tests. Another special, produced in cooperation with kabeleins.de, covers tuning projects from “Abenteuer Auto,” allowing tuning fans to follow conversions including a Ford Mustang, a Porsche Targa and a Citroën 2CV.

Dominic Hesse, head of marketing and communications at Magic Internet GmbH, MyVideo.de’s media agency, said: “The online clips in the new Autoshow channel allow motoring fans to follow the latest trends and obtain information quickly. In the first eight weeks alone, clips from MyVideo Autoshow were viewed more than 670,000 times. The wealth of high-quality videos on the subject offers both motoring enthusiasts and companies a wide range of opportunities to present themselves and exchange information in this environment.”
