As a recognised expert in corporate strategy for the software and construction-supply industries, Westfahl will strengthen MSG’s corporate transactions and strategy practices.
Before joining MSG, Westfahl served as Executive Board member for Sales and Marketing at Munich-based Nemetschek AG from 2005 to 2008. During that period, he completed the turnaround of the parent company and managed Nemetschek AG investments in Europe and the United States. Nemetschek AG also increased both EBIT and revenue substantially.
Westfahl previously spent 13 years in various management positions at the German sales subsidiary of Compaq Computer AG, most recently as Director of Marketing and Business Development for Mergers & Acquisitions.
By expanding its activities in the software and construction-supply sectors, the Munich strategy consultancy is reinforcing its position with medium-sized companies, banks and financial investors, particularly for complex, time-critical projects and transactions.
MSG has recorded continuous corporate growth and ranks among Germany’s leading strategy consultancies for medium-sized companies and investment firms.
